The Last Station is set during the last year of the life and turbulent marriage of the great Russian writer Leo Tolstoy and his wife the Countess Sofya.
Tolstoy, having rejected his title and embraced an ascetic life style, finds himself increasingly at odds with Sofya. As his devoted disciple Vladimir Chertkov urges him to sign a new will leaving the rights to his work to the Russian people rather than his family, the conflict between husband and wife grows to breaking point.

Based in real theatrical history, "Me and Orson Welles" is a romantic coming-of-age story about a teenage actor who lucks into a role in Julius Caesar as it's being re-imagined by a brilliant, impetuous young director named Orson Welles at his newly-founded Mercury Theater in NYC, 1937. The rollercoaster week leading up to opening night has the charismatic-but-sometimes-cruel Welles staking his career on this risky production while Richard mixes with everyone from starlets to stagehands in behind-the-scenes adventures bound to change him.

These are the words of one of the countless Chinese workers who make the heroic journey each year from the new industrial areas to their villages in the provinces. This movie captures two years in the life of one of these families. The parents left the poverty of the country 16 years ago to try their luck in a new economic zone, leaving their daughter with grandparents. Every year the parents return for the New Year trip.

A man writes, lives and loves in the darkness. Fourteen years earlier, he lost his sight and Lena, the love of his life, in a car crash. The man uses two names - Harry Caine, a pseudonym under which he is a writer, and Mateo Blanco, his real name. After the accident, he reduces himself to his pseudonym and writes film scripts with the help of an assistant and her son, Diego. When Diego has an accident and circumstances are such that Harry is left to care for him, he asks Harry about the time he answered to the name Mateo Blanco. With the idea of entertaining him, Harry tells Diego what happened 14 years ago.
